Dear Hiring Manager,

 

Hello, my name is Joe Cramer, a performing, composing/recording guitarist, and recent graduate from Berklee College of Music, class of 2027.    I have been playing for over 40 years in the rock, blues, funk, country and jazz genres and have studied with celebrated guitarist Carter Arrington, and various renown guitarists while studying at Berklee College of Music.

 

I am reaching out to you to inquire about the possibility of performing and/or teaching at you establishment, be it a local theatre, music school, bar, brewery, festival, musical conference or performance venue. 

 

I perform live with my current project Free Range Escape Goat, who's original music straddles funky rock, jazz and blues and often incorporates the fusion of these western based styles with the Eastern classic Indian Carnatic style.

 

 

I teach guitar, bass, ear training, arranging, solo/group performance and music theory and would love to discuss teaching at your associated music store or venue for a workshop or for regularly scheduled weekly lessons. Inspired by those from whom I have learned, teaching others has been an important part of my effort to engage budding musicians.  I pride myself in focusing on bringing out their own creativity while building a solid musical foundation from the ground up.  I strive for it to be fun and to enable each student to play music in whatever direction life leads them.
